To transfer your ticket:
• email support@fresherswelcomeweek.com with the subject ‘2026 transfer’
• Provide proof (UCAS evidence) of your new university, valid photographic ID and the name that your ticket was purchased under (if it differs from the name on your ID) along with your order reference number and the name of the event you purchased a ticket for.
You’ll be given full instructions on how to go about transferring your ticket.
To receive a refund:
• Request a refund through Fatsoma.
• You MUST provide proof (UCAS evidence) of your university change / deferral / rejection and a valid photographic ID.
• Email the above proof (UCAS evidence) to support@fresherswelcomeweek.com with the subject ‘2026 Refund’. Include all supporting evidence, valid photographic ID, the name under which your ticket was purchased (if it differs from the name on your ID), your order reference number and the name of the event you purchased a ticket for.
PLEASE NOTE:
This ONLY applies to tickets purchased BEFORE Thursday 13th August 2026. Fatsoma does not refund booking fees. Failure to produce the required evidence will result in a denied refund
It is personal responsibility to check and make sure you buy the correct dates, we can not offer refunds on booking the wrong dates.
If the date of the event changes you will be offered a refund or you can exchange your ticket to the new date.
